Sarah is an Accredited Coach and a Chartered Psychologist specializing in Business/Executive Coaching, Occupational Development and Sport Psychology. She has over 10 years Business/Executive Coaching experience drawing on extensive knowledge and expertise in positive psychology, sport and performance psychology, leadership and behavioral change. This combined with her academic qualifications and sporting achievements gives Sarah an excellent understanding from the theoretical, practical and personal experience perspectives of how our thinking and behavioral patterns influence our ability to impact the performance of ourselves, the performance of others we work with and business performance.

Sarah helps clients deliver success through developing a ‘High Performance’ approach to mental and behavioral fitness. She is a challenging and supportive coach who uses an integrative mix of tools, techniques and interventions to engage clients in developing the high performance thinking and behavioral capability that makes the difference between ‘good’ and ‘great’, and is critical to success in today’s complex and dynamic business environment.

Worthy of note, is that Sarah can literally ‘fly the talk’, having successfully competed in various team and individual sports, most notably at international level in paragliding, including medals at World and European Championships and three World records. She has also been a team member of, and provided psychological support to, expeditions. She is also a qualified psychometric questionnaire practitioner including Hogan accreditation, and an Association for Coaching Accredited Coach, subscribing to their code of ethics and an accredited Neuro-Fit coach.
