“I have found working with Sarah to be a real joy. She operates purely on a peer-to-peer basis so you never feel that you are being talked down to or lectured at. That said, Sarah picks her moments to challenge you. In my case, she has judged those times to perfection, resulting in me either being truly able to confront my own reality or being able to hold myself to account for my commitments.”
“Sarah, provided me with great insight to de-pressurize situations that although are highly important or urgent, they are better served by strategic and objective thinking to manage “once for the longer term”. I found working with Sarah was very productive in the multiple series of short sessions we had. Each one was truly effective and had moved on to new topics/approaches/situations to meet the agenda and outcomes. Sarah’s questioning was especially powerful to surface thoughts they were way buried till those conversations.”

“Working with Sarah has been an exciting and insightful journey. Sarah has consistently challenged the way I look at my coaching and leadership principles and how I can adapt my style to get the best out of the athletes and staff that I lead. Sarah always shows a desire to improve her client and a genuine willingness to care about and improve performance. I would certainly recommend Sarah for future work with coaches and other leaders to maximise and challenge the way we think and act in a performance environment.”
“Sarah takes a very practical approach, she has a wealth of knowledge and materials on leadership approaches, she offers ideas and approaches to consider and discuss, she quickly ties conversations back to psychometrics, coaching objectives and previous discussions to keep the thread and context. She sticks with and keeps you engaged.”
