Masterclass on 9th March 2020
Masterclass on 9th March 2020 I am delighted to be co-running a masterclass with Professor Peter Hawkins on Monday 9th March 2020 in London. Hosted by Coaching at Work magazine the title is “Systemic Coaching – delivering value beyond the individual” and will explore some of the themes of our book which comes out in December 2019.
We will be exploring with participants:
Session One: Why what made coaching successful in the last 40 years is not fit for the mid-21st century.
Session Two: Introducing systemic stakeholder coaching: Trying it out in threes.
Session Three: Eco-engaged coaching – how the wider ecology can support you and your coaching and your coaching engage with the climate crisis.
Session Four: Exploring the challenges brought by participants and working in groups to plan how we can each radically increase the impact of our coaching.
